No lock-in
The operation fee is monthly. If you cancel, the platform stays live until the end of the paid month.
Free transfer
For 30 calendar days after cancelling we hand over, at no cost, your data in standard formats, your files and the platform ready to install on other hosting.
Deletion at the end
After those 30 days we delete your data from our servers and confirm it in writing.
